Aaron Nicosia Castleton

Aaron earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Brigham Young University, a Juris Doctorate (law degree) from the University of La Verne, and a Post-Doctorate Master of Laws degree in Dispute Resolution from the highly acclaimed Pepperdine School of Law (Straus Institute). As a mediator, Aaron has settled more than 1,000 cases over the past decade.

Since beginning his law career in 2009, Aaron has practiced in the areas of estate planning, corporate/business law, personal injury, real estate, family law and civil litigation. Prior to law school Aaron spent four years as the Director of Land Acquisition and Relocation for a government consulting firm where he negotiated the acquisition of more than 100 parcels of real estate on behalf of city and state entities across the western United States.

In the late 1990’s, Aaron lived several years in South America and Europe while mastering the Portuguese language and organizing humanitarian aid projects. Currently, Aaron serves as the Director of Family Court Services at the Merced Superior Court and chairperson of the Merced City School District Advisory Committee.
