If it were not for Michael Weisberg, my children would have been split apart with two of them living with my ex wife and her abusive husband, who is not even allowed to see his own son! He gave me the best legal advise I ever received and represented me in court. This was back in the early 90's. ... So I don't know what happened. Maybe age has caught up with him. I just know I won't forget the great help he was to me.

Weisberg knowingly filed an Unlawful detained against my "purchaser" charged me $1,300.00....it was dismissed for filing the wrong forms.......now I will have to go thru a very, cannot afford it......litigation. due to his lack of due diligence. I am on chemo, have been for past few years.....he wil...l not return my calls and refused to correct this..........Weisberg did this on purpose just to take the money for no to little work,,,fully aware of the legalities....he knowingly filed the wrong paper work.......RUN .FROM HIm.....takes your money for nothing........

I was contacting mr. weisberg regarding a judgement and he hung up on me while i was trying to explain to him that it had already been paid. he says are you going to pay this or not, I explained I already did and then he hung up on me....I proceeded to call back to which he then asked the same thing... and hung up again. WOW!!!!

He was reprimanded by the judge on our case once and then and again was called out. The judge threw him out of court and warned him of extreme future ramifications if he persisted on conducting business in such an unprofessional and unethical manner. If you are considering hiring him, save yourself a... multitude of frustrations and run fast.

was supposed to be simple eviction a matter of property owner takeing possession of home ...that was june of 2011,,,,wouldnt start on case till he was paid in full but diddnt bother to tell me that just hang onto my money...Gave 30 day notice instead of 60 day ..had to start process all over again ......then forgot to enclose check for sherrif dept.....then didnt fill out property description ...Its been 9 months and Im homeless and still dont have posession of my home yet while tenant gets 9months of free rent
