Kristine Euna Yankovsky

I have a background of practicing in the area of general civil litigation, including personal injury, breach of contract and wrongful termination.   After my first five years of practice, I started devoting more time to family law cases.  My practice is now primarily in the areas of family law and mediation.  My family law practice encompasses divorce, annulment, adoption, child custody, child support, domestic violence and guardianship.  I have also begun devoting more time to mediation, which is a great alternative to litigation, especially in the family law area. 

During my 27 year membership in the California State Bar, I have also taught overview courses on the law,  acted as legal counsel for a non-profit organization and become a mediator for the 3rd District Appellate Court in Sacramento, California.

I have a very broad-based background with many interests which I find beneficial to my practice.   I enjoy problem-solving and work hard for my clients.
