Mark Charles Bowman

Mark has worked in the legal profession for 38 years and managed his own law practice for 30 years. He is a graduate of the Orange County College of Trial Advocacy and the Alliance Defense Freedom’s National Litigation Academy. In addition to his legal work, he has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster children who have been the victims of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. Mark was also a visiting professor at the Eberhardt School of Business at the University of the Pacific Stockton campus for 8 years where he taught business communications, business law, and international law. He currently travels annually to East Africa to teach at a small college in Tanzania.

Mark is admitted to practice in all California Courts, the United States District Court (Eastern, Central, and Northern Districts), as well as the United States Court of Appeals (Ninth Circuit). Besides California, he has represented clients in Oregon, Washington, Pennsylvania, and Missouri courts pro hac vice.
