A nuisance holdover based upon alleged actions of the Respondent disturbing shareholders in a Queens cooperative including loud noises, verbal abuse, stalking of other shareholders, marijuana smoke, eg ... g throwing. Matter was successfully prosecuted and based on the evidence presented and testimony of witnesses, I was able to achieve a positive decision in favor of the landlord with a judgment of possession and a money judgment for all arrears.
