Biography
I represent and advise clients on land use, zoning, real estate, development, and environmental matters including issues involving the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Subdivision Map Act, State Planning and Zoning Law, the State Elections Code, and other land use statutes and ordinances. I regularly appear before city councils, county boards of supervisors, planning commissions, LAFCOs, and other administrative bodies. I also have extensive experience in land use litigation as well as writs and appeals related to various disciplines.
I am a member of the State Bar of California as well as the United States Supreme Court Bar.
I strive to provide prompt, cost-efficient, and effective results to my clients.
