Donald Kenneth Lupul

Mr.Lupul was hired though his frim McFall,Burnett&Brinton of Manteca by my late parents in a case dealing with real estate/title Co. issues.Both my parents passed away 2 yrs. into the case. I dealt with the last 3 yrs. of a 5 yr. case. Mr. Lupul never returned my calls,I would get a e-mail if anyth...ing.the trial was put off time and time again.when the trile stated Mr. Lupul and the opposing lawyer acted like they were the best of buddies.talking about there personal lives,joking,and laughing.It seemed to me that they and the judge had the case all rapped up and decided before it even started. They were always in the judge's chambers,where I was excluded.I was totally ignored the whole time.It also seemed that Mr.Lupul was giving everything that the other lawyer wanted.In my opinion he laid down hard on this case, We lost the case in the tune of $400,000.00 But then I felt something was very wrong I stated looking into things and asking question that the plaintiffs(title Co.) couldn't or wouldn't answer.when I wouldn't stop they obtained a restraining order on me(gag order).The lawyer of the plaintiffs obtained Info on me from Mr.Lupul's office. His assident admitted to me that she had made said statements.In Turn the lawyer used these statements on the initial court documents and in the hearing for the restraining order.I feel my rights have been violated.and a breach of contract accrued
