Zayante Patience Merrill

Zayante (Zoey) P. Merrill grew up and now practices in Stockton, California. Ms.Merrill specializes in bankruptcy, family law, and domestic mediation.    Ms. Merrill earned her juris doctor from Humphreys College, Laurence Drivon School of Law in 2009. She was valedictorian.   Ms. Merrill was admitted to the California Bar in December 2009, California State Bar Number 268331. Before law school, in 2000, Ms. Merrill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with the distinction of magna cum laude. In 2004, she earned a Master’s Degree in Forensic Science from The George Washington University.

 

Ms. Merrill is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Eastern District of California.   Ms. Merrill is an active member of the following professional associations: -      Member, Judge Consuelo M.
