I hired Mr Curry at the suggestion of another lawyer.Mr Curry had my case for divorce and child custody for over a year and accomplished very little.I was told in the beginning that it would cost 2500 maybe a little more.I gave him 2500 and made additional payments afterwards and yet there is an addi...tional 3200 for a simple divorce, no division of assets.In the end after over a year and I still was not divorced I fired him and accomplished everything in a month that he could not in a year.I also have receipts for payments from his office that were never recorded or deducted from my outrageous bill.If you would like someone who will show up and quietly stand beside you he is your guy but if you want someone who will fight for you and actually do as you requested or at least try I wouldn't suggest him for you.In the end I ended up with 100 % of the debt because he didnt insist that they divide although per Ca law community debt incurred during marriage is to be divided, multiple custody issues due to lack of proper advice or action on his behalf which I was charged for although wrongfully informed and thousands more than I should have ever been charged.He is a very sweet man, just wouldn't suggest him for divorce or custody.
