Biography
Stew Tabak is the most experienced personal injury civil jury trial lawyer in California's Central Valley. In his forty (40) years of professional experience, he has specialized in personal injury and wrongful death jury trials throughout Northern California. His civil jury trial experience includes cases involving brain injuries, medical malpractice and major truck accidents. His passionate and effective representation of injured plaintiffs and their families has helped protect his clients' right to receive the monetary compensation they deserve.
Mr. Tabak is also the only personal injury attorney in San Joaquin County who is a member of The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), The American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL), and the International Society of Barristers (ISOB) - all highly respected, invitation-only trial lawyer associations. Stew has also been a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC, previously the California Trial Lawyers Association) for more than four decades, and was previously a member of its Board of Governors as well as the Editor-in-Chief of its legal journal, Forum).
