I started off my divorce process, thinking that I could handle it without a family law attorney, even though my ex-wife had hired one of the most notorious divorce attorneys in our area. This ended up being a big mistake on my part and all I did was dig myself into a big hole. I had a restraining ...order filed against me, the custody of my child taken away, and was facing potential jail time.
