I'm writing this review to warn others before considering Mr. Rad as their attorney. Peryman Rad uses the bait and switch techniques to nickel and dime you. He first tries to figure out your net worth and income level and then he does whatever it takes to milk you as much as possible. Whatever you... put as an initial retainer will never be paid back to you no matter how small or trivial your case would be and how much actual effort was done on his side. If you ask him for an explanation on how he spent the retainer, he would come back to you with some false claims and threaten you to stop bothering him and move on. I strongly warn you against this person. For your own sake and your hard-earned money, stay away from Peyman Rad and Rad Law Group.

My divorce case has been very complicated, and has involved with several issues from domestic violence, child custody, property, multiple occasions of the violations of restraining orders, and so on. My ex-husband has anger issues and Narcissistic personality. In spite of several occasions of harassment and threat towards Mr. Rad by my ex-husband, Mr. Rad stays supportive and kind during difficult time. His first concern is my son and only wants what best for the child. I highly recommend Mr. Rad if you find yourself in need of a family law attorney. You will be in great hands!
