Ali Kamarei

Mr. Kamarei is a senior partner of Auto Legal Group LLP, (with offices in California and Florida) representing dozens of franchise and independent car dealerships. In addition to practicing law, he is an author, inventor, and entrepreneur. He has successfully litigated several jury and non-jury trials as well as arbitration and mediation in civil cases and in defense of car dealerships. Mr. Kamarei has represented clients in large disputes and/or conducted trial in various jurisdictions including Northern and Southern California, Wisconsin, Florida, Montana, Texas, Maryland, Utah, and New Jersey. Especially difficult and complex cases included successfully arguing before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals to reverse a Federal District Court judgment on international embargo regulations in a published decision, and successfully obtaining a preliminary injunction against Safeway's gas pricing policies. More recently, Mr. Kamarei successfully argued a CLRA (Consumer Legal Remedies Act) provision in a published decision.
