Ryan T Stillwell

Ryan T. Stillwell is an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Berge & Berge, Trust and Estate Planning Specialists, in San Jose. Ryan has practiced exclusively in the area of estate planning and administration since becoming an attorney in 2018. His experience in preparing comprehensive estate plans; including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents, allows him to help each client develop an estate plan that is personalized to their needs and achieve their tax-savings objectives. He considers it essential for his clients to understand the laws that apply to their specific situations and takes time to explain complex concepts in simple terms.

Ryan is a graduate of the University of Iowa (B.B.A., 2013) and Santa Clara University School of Law (J.D., 2017), where he was recognized as the top student in his Wills and Trusts class (CALI Witkin Award). He is a member of the State Bars of California and Oregon. He loves spending time outdoors with his family and friends, playing golf, running, reading, and watching sports.
