I am a transactional attorney with experience with corporate/business law, nonprofit law, commercial law, employment law, employee equity compensation, intellectual property law, licensing, privacy law, funding, mergers & acquisitions, and business formations.

I have been the Principal Attorney for over 100 clients on hundreds of legal matters. I also have in-house experience as General Counsel, Legal Counsel, and Contracts Manager.

I have a strong work ethic, am self-motivated, and have high-energy as proven by establishing a company at age 19 while pursuing my undergraduate degree. Income from this company paid for my education, allowing me to be a first-generation college student. My entrepreneurial background complements my legal experience by giving me deep understanding of the underlying business and technology issues. 

I am a dedicated professional that offers my vast talent and skills to clients and employers. Hard work, long hours, a fast-paced environment, and the need to simultaneously balance competing priorities under pressure are normal for me.
