SUMMARY OF PRACTICE
Real Estate and Business Litigation. Ron has represented a wide variety of business and real estate clients, trying hundreds of cases for commercial and residential buyers and sellers, developers, contractors, title companies, lenders, escrow companies, syndicators, real estate boards, and large real estate firms. He is often called upon as an expert witness in real estate and business cases. Ron helped draft many of the standard real estate purchase contracts in use today for residential properties, and he instigated the inclusion of mediation and arbitration clauses in those agreements.

The Court found I provided “admirable legal representation under very difficult circumstances not of [my] own making, consistently put [my] clients’ best interest first, and dealt with [my] clients in good faith” and witnesses “described [me] as honest, having integrity, and being of high moral character.””
