Great Real Estate Attorney

I have had the pleasure of knowing Ron Rossi for more than 27 years. Ron is the person that actually suggested to me to get my real estate license in 1995. In almost two decades of now selling real estate all throughout Silicon Valley & the Bay Area I have never met anyone with as much knowledge of, ...and experience with, residential real estate, commercial real estate and real estate law. I have attended real estate seminars conducted by Ron Rossi, and without a doubt regardless of any question regarding real estate that would come his way from the audience he would always have an answer, and sometimes several answers to any one question depending on the facts. I have also on occasion inquired with Ron Rossi on some very complex real estate transactions that I have worked on, and Ron’s insight, opinions and suggestions were invaluable. Ron can always see a solution to a problem. His ability to site court cases to justify his suggested solutions is a masterful skill that is only acquired by years of experience. Ron Rossi has a proficient comprehension of Real Estate Law. I have, and I will continue to highly recommend him to anyone with the need for a Great Real Estate Attorney!

Private reproval, public disclosure issued in CA, 2009

updated on 10/03/2014

Private reproval, public disclosure means the attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The Bar warns the lawyer in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Ronald’s comment:

“The State Bar decision is available here: http://members.calbar.ca.gov/fal/Member/Detail/43067. After favorable witness and client testimony, a private reproval was imposed. The Court found I provided “admirable legal representation under very difficult circumstances not of [my] own making, consistently put [my] clients’ best interest first, and dealt with [my] clients in good faith” and witnesses “described [me] as honest, having integrity, and being of high moral character.””
