Just too many instances to mention with this 4k character limit, but I will squeeze in as much as possible. In 2002 I found myself in heartbreak hell. My girlfriend at the time decided after a ten year relationship and a beautiful 2 year old daughter that she wanted to call it quits.. She knew she h...ad the control box to my heartstrings (my baby girl). So of course she ran with it. My daughter brought to me unconditional love. Now her mother was trying to prevent me to embrace it. So naturally, family courthouse found its next victims. Things were not going as well for her as she planned so she upped the anni a bit and decided to cut her arm and say I did it even though I was 25 miles away from her in a completely different city. The facts didn't seem to matter at that point because she had rallied up the officers so much that I was going to jail regardless of the facts. Next thing I know I am in jail with a false DV charge. So that sets the stage, along with, supervised visits, my 2 year old daughter was now living in a 1 bdrm apt with mom and new boyfriend illegally, unlawfully calling my probation officer and councilors telling them lies such as I'm stalking her and she is afraid for there lives so the police come and arrest me. This happened on 5 different occasions, including one time while I was at work, another was on my daughters b-day and while the guests were arriving I was handcuffed on my way downtown, and when my mother came to visit from out of state. She would also have my daughter call me at work at 7am crying with the words "I miss you daddy" then ripping the phone away from her saying "ok we got to go" all I hear is my daughter crying before hanging up. The pain was unbearable. Thats about the time Mr Tillman came into my life. I was wounded so bad there were times I could not talk. Seriously couldn't think right. I was at the lowest point possible. I was so bad that often times when I tried to speak my point I would reach mid sentence and completely lose focus and forget what I was actually talking about.. Pat would get upset with me asking if I was on drugs, and if I was, he wasn't going to represent me because he himself didn't want me raising my daughter if I was high. Thats when I knew Pat was a stand up righteous man and didn't tolerate any bullshit. So shortly after hiring Pat things started looking up. By him sorting through all facts and docs he quickly seen how the ex was manipulating the system, and doing a hell of a good job at it. What happens next is why I consider Pat my real life super hero and why I will forever be indebted to him. I didn't realize it at the time, but as he was gaining me credibility in the eyes of the court by strategically bringing the truth to light. He was also molding me bringing me back to life. Chopping up all the lies and false accusations fully discrediting the ex and all the garbage that came out of her mouth. He subpoenaed the councilors that were over stepping there boundaries by making recommendations to judges based on unethical non permitted phone conversations and strictly prohibited meetings with the ex. One councilor in particular at "new Beginnings" met personally with her twice and one 45 min phone conversation. The councilor "Sally Dandenberg" new this was unacceptable business practice and arrogantly denied the accusations. Then to everyones amazement Pat produced the original recommendation note Sally had given to the judge and so arrogantly denied ever existed. The news of our victory and Sally's pathetic pity tears quickly reached my probation officer. Fearful of receiving one of Pat's anti corruption subpoena slaps, my probation officer had signed off on my remaining 3 years probation term, for he knew he was guilty for punishing me based on the ex's false accusations.
