=Mr Standifer represented me in a highly contentious divorce. He allowed the case escalate to a trial, then he lost the trial on every issue. =Part of the problem is that Mr Standifer almost always leaves everything until the last moment. When a request from opposition comes in, instead of forwardin...g it immediately to the client with instructions to read and comment, he defers it until the last day and then rushes through. Asked him many times to forward incoming information immediately, but he systematically ignored this request. =Mr Standifier does not bill regularly. He only produces bill on demand or when the retainers runs out. He often makes billing mistakes, so keep detailed time record of all meetings with him. In fairness, he does not bill for minor or clerical tasks.
