Christine Pham is a San Francisco native with over 15 years of litigation experience. Christine focuses her practice on helping families and couples in a range of family law and family formation matters, including child custody and support, spousal support (alimony), dissolution of marriage (divorce), legal separation, division of property, adoption and assisted reproduction.
She has been litigating cases since 2004. She is a fierce family law advocate, and always does her absolute best to fight for her clients because of the sensitive issues that are involved, they become like family to her. Prior to becoming a family law advocate, she worked as a securities litigator at Morgan Stanley where she successfully defended 100% of the cases she tried. She has also represented other such Fortune 500 companies. She has worked as a consultant for Ernst & Young handling fraud investigations and anti-money laundering cases. She is no stranger to handling high asset matters or fighting for her clients if the need arises. On the other hand, she also has the experience to negotiate a fair settlement for her client to prevent the high costs of litigation.
She has experience in the valuation and division of restricted stock units, stocks and options, assessment of support, tracing of separate property reimbursement claims. She also has trial experience in custody matters, including move-away cases, abuse allegations, and restraining orders.
Her background in litigation, bankruptcy, and knowledge of California family law, combined with her creative legal strategies and sincere compassion for her clients, has made her a recognized and trusted name in and around the Bay Area.
