Tim English handled some Court appearances in my WC case with his colleague Marc Wiesner. He is amazing. Very polite guy but was able to press on the insurance company to follow CA law correctly. The opposing insurance company didn't know the law but Tim did! And I got the Temporary Disability funds ...that I was entitled to.
