Tim is great to work with. He understands the anxiety and distrust people might experience in dealing with worker's comp. He is patient, quickly responds to all communication, immediately keeps you updated, helps you understand what you need to know, and doesn't pressure you into any decisions. He is... always friendly and approachable. Even from just the consultation alone, you can tell he cares about not only getting things done for his clients, but also their experience in general. He really took this burden off my shoulders, and I wouldn't have been able to navigate this without him.

Mr. English has been my Worker's Compensation attorney for a couple of years now. I've dealt with numerous attorneys in my past for divorce/family law, (and small stuff of the same nature), but I am happy to say with 100% certainty that Mr. English has been THE BEST attorney I have ever had! His work... ethic is like no other & he just does a fantastic job all the way around....Always keeping me informed, or explaining things (sometimes in 8 different ways) until I understand it, he goes that extra mile, and is VERY attentive to my treatment needs. I can't fully put into words or express in this review how happy I have been with his services. I would HIGHLY recommend him (or his partner) to anyone needing WC representation. Maneuvering my case through unchartered waters during the period of COVID definitely presented Mr. English with more challenges than usual but that didn't phase him one bit. He dealt with all that whilst continuing to fight for the treatment I desperately needed.....and he succeeded at every turn, regardless of the "wrenches" (denials) the other side attempted to throw at him! Where other attorney's may not have put in the extra effort to fight for something that was originally denied, Mr. English got each and every negative decision overturned in my favor which allowed me to get the surgeries I needed. Over the past couple years and currently, I tend to "vent" alot to him about how broken the WC system is & how terrible "they" are to the patient. I know am preaching to the choir as Mr. English is well aware of how frustrating this process is for the patient, yet never cuts me off or gets upset with how long-winded I can be. He is compassionate and allows me my time, then keeps focus on what steps need to happen next in order to help get me the treatment I need. Work comp is a VERY frustrating and intimidating system to fall into. I've realized I could never have gotten the care & surgeries I needed without Mr. English & his expertise. Words could just never express my gratitude or how happy I am to have him on my side helping me stay strong and battle through all this. On occasion, when I've had a pressing issue come up while Mr. English was in a meeting or in court, I had a chance to work with his partner Mr. Wiesner, and he is also quite pleasant and very knowledgeable as well! Can't say enough about my positive experience with Wiesner & English and I hope my review helps you decide to go with them. I'm so glad I did!!
