If I had to wrap up what Mr. English did for me is that he listened. He stepped me through the process of dealing with workers compensation when I was injured at work and he protected my rights and got me a just compensation. What is far more important city help me keep my job. That was more importan...t than any compensation because my job is very important to me one might even say I'm rather obsessed with it. Mr. English understood my desire to continue to work in the field I'm in because the students I work with are the heart and soul of this country and whatever I can do to help them gain their independence I consider honor. But what I was injured I was not able to do that I could not get the insurance company to listen to me because they had a script, I understand why that is and their advocates for their client. I needed an advocate for me and Mr. English was it. He explained the process to me gave me options and listened and, at times comforted me when I was frustrated and angry.I will have to admit that I was physically ill getting a lawyer because of how I was raised, which is a very long story. But back in my day you never Got an attorney no matter what happened to you.You basically dealt with it that is a childish and in some ways selfish you that I had. Any precedent that is set by your case will help another injured worker and will actually also help insurance companies to provide workers compensation insurance provide better service. Mr. English gave me that "Birdseye" view and he was very encouraging as well. I thanked him for his sservice.

Tim English was amazing with my case. He was always there for me when i needed him.Tim fought very hard for me every time workman’s comp insurance messed with me. I filed a w/c claim with the state was accommodating until the Drs reports started filing in with inconsistencies and then it got ugly. All my friends said get an attorney but unfortunately none of them really cared for the ones they used, so Yelp here I come. This office had a five star rating and... they actually deserved ten. My case was a very difficult one to say the least, especially since I started without one, but I was not in a rush to settle because of the injuries I actually sustained. My friends main complaints with their attorneys was the lack of communication and being able to talk to someone when questions arose. At our initial meeting, they informed me that they are busy and to have patience when contacting them but someone from the office would contact me usually via email and or by phone and that’s exactly what happened. I personally want to thank Tim and his team for helping me out with such a difficult case. My advice to all.... consult an attorney first, if I would have done so in the beginning, it probably would have been closed a couple of years ago. I was not in a rush to close my case and we went for the marathon race instead of the sprint lol, fives years later, we finally won a favorable outcome.
