The last few years have been by far the hardest and the darkest for me and my entire family. If there it was a "bright light" to shine and show a path, it was my attorney, Tim English. Tim's response time was always less than one hour! Tim patiently answered all questions I had regardless many oft th...em I asked more than once. Tim was always "watching over" and making sure I made the best decisions. There is absolutely no way I would have been in any position to protect my best interest in this long and extremely complicated process. Tim is not only very knowledgeable, but always eager to help and going out of his way to make sure I have all the information to make the best possible decision. Tim, thank YOU from the bottom of my heart!

Tim accepted my claims in about the first 5 seconds I spoke to his firm. He is very professional and has probably every answer you will be looking for in what seems like an impossible subject to understand, work comp. the only issue I had was a personal issue but should be mentioned in the event ot...hers are like me. Tim prefers email over phone calls and will make that obvious. Not at all a knock on him, I just preferred one on one conversation over email at times. That said, he never failed to take a call and answer my questions fully. He gets it. In regards to my case settlement, Tim was instrumental in offering his expertise and advice in what direction we could go and left every decision up to me. I rarely heard from him during my case which I learned is actually, a good thing. He knows what he’s doing. Not only would I recommend Tim to others, but have sent people I care about to him.

I will say Tim is the best of the best. He took my case without hesitant and being more than 3 hours away from me. He went above and beyond, making me feel like I was his only client which I know by his actions is not true, but made me feel that way. I have already recommended Tim services to frie...nds of mine who are in the process of a work comp and/or are needing assistant. Finding Tim was dumb luck for me. I was stressed out enough as it was and When I called his office I left a message and within the hour it was Tim himself calling me back and with enthusiasm that he will take my case. We spoke for almost 45 minutes and off we went. Looking forward from that date to present date. He took the stress off my shoulders and communicated with the utmost professionalism and always in a timely manner. It was a pleasure to have Tim on my side as my lawyer representing me, looking out for my best interest, and definitely having a favorable outcome for me.
