Tim accepted my claims in about the first 5 seconds I spoke to his firm. He is very professional and has probably every answer you will be looking for in what seems like an impossible subject to understand, work comp. the only issue I had was a personal issue but should be mentioned in the event ot...hers are like me. Tim prefers email over phone calls and will make that obvious. Not at all a knock on him, I just preferred one on one conversation over email at times.
