I suffered a work related injury and was unable to preform my duties. After about two months of trying to work with my job myself I continued Tim and explained my situation. Tim was very helpful and believed he would be able to serve me and help protect my interests. My worker’s compensation case too...k longer than expected ( a little over 2 years) but Tim was very attentive and would always answer questions right away either through email or phone. Tim is a great worker’s compensation lawyer and will have your best interest in mind. When I had a work injury & my works Insurance didn't want to take responsibility I met with & hired Tim English. He was very easy to talk to & straight forward and has stayed that way thru the whole experience. He was on top of every problem the insurance company and state threw @ us by the time I kn...ew about it. Always making sure my medical & payments were taken care of & got me a good settlement in the end. A couple friends were very upset their attorneys weren't Tim. I am writing this review to recommend Tim English as Workers comp lawyer! I injured my shoulder and arm at work in 2020. I was dealing with workers comp and employee health myself for a while. However, it was getting more and more difficult to deal with them after it was obvious they did not want to... do anything about my injury. I called few lawyers who deals with workers comp but didn’t seem very helpful. But when I called Tim, things just went from dark to light! He was very approachable, very responsive to call or email, very knowledgeable and reliable. He made sure to give me a peace of mind. He is also very resourceful. In the end, we were able to settle in my favor. If you need a lawyer for your work injury, you should at least call him to have consultation! You won’t be disappointed!
