Serena J. Kallas

Serena J. Kallas has over 10 years of experience in corporate and nonprofit settings. Her background has given her a distinct combination of skills including legal issue spotting and analysis, organizational and financial analysis, business processes redesign, and implementation strategies that position businesses to effectively provide maximum performance and optimum results. She finds understanding at all levels, focuses entities on common goals, and builds accountability at every stage in order to prevent potential disputes. 

Serena began her career learning the fundamentals of organizations through her family’s businesses. She then worked for a national tire and wheel retailer where she led in process improvements for all office roles, safety program implementation, and staff development training. After several years, Serena started working for an alternative dispute resolution firm. During this time she has realized her passion and capacity to develop staff, leadership, and strategic direction and her desire to learn more about the minute legal intricacies of corporations in domestic and international settings. 

Serena graduated summa cum laude from California State University, Sacramento with B.S. degrees in Business Finance and Risk Management and Insurance and University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law with a J.D. concentrating on both business and tax law. To augment her legal knowledge and leadership skills, she also gained a Master of Business Administration.

In her free time, Serena enjoys volunteering, spending time with family and friends, and keeping active.
