Hiring Lerna Kazazic was hands down the biggest mistake I could have made for my legal situation. If I could give zero stars, I would. From my experience, she is fundamentally unreliable and completely lacks the basic professionalism you expect when trusting someone with your livelihood. In the be...ginning, she will tell you exactly what you want to hear just to secure you as a client. But once she has been retained, Lerna Kazazic entirely fails to keep her word. Worse than her broken promises is her absolute refusal to communicate. I experienced agonizing stretches of total silence where she essentially ghosted me. She ignored my inquiries and left my case to stall, keeping me completely in the dark when I needed guidance the most. She operates with a shocking lack of urgency and zero genuine care for the people she represents. I felt entirely abandoned by her at a critical time. Because of her unresponsiveness and failure to execute what she promised, my situation was made significantly worse. Save yourself the immense frustration, wasted money, and sleepless nights. I highly recommend you avoid Lerna Kazazic at all costs and find an attorney who actually respects their clients.

i hired Lerna Kazazic and she is a terrible lawyer. She is almost like a junior lawyer just fresh out of Santa Clara law school just trying to get the ropes. She made promises to me that she did not keep. Now as a customer my back is up against the wall. Lerna doesn't listen. Lerna Kazazic way of ope...rating in the little as possible and makes excuses. I am very seasoned, having hired 20+ lawyers and Lerna is the worst ever! A year wasted and now I have to hire someone to start from scratch and dig us out of the hole. Do not hire Lerna, or you will be miserable like me.
