Best Attorney

One of the best attorney in the county. She listens to concerns from the client and spends time with them. Outstands private attorneys. Highly knowledgeable. She analyzed my case completely and helped me out of a false allegation. Thankful to her.

I was held in custody for inappropriate reasons for over two months. As my attorney, not once did Bedolla visit me in jail to find out my side of the story. I allowed some of my family members to get information from this attorney regarding the status of my case(s). I was told by my relative that she... took down their cell phone number, specifically told them, she'd call them back and subsequently failed to do so. I have a feeling this is routine all public defenders as when she was out of town, another PD was substituted in her place and did the exact same thing. Bedolla also told my relatives that they could call her offices and schedule an appointment. Numerous messages were left for her without so much as one return phone call. Then my relative decided to deal with the matter directly and went to the public defenders office. As we expected Bedolla was not in. The secretary said my relatives can schedule an appointment to meet with her but the only way to schedule an appointment is through her directly and she still had not return our calls! On the last court date, my relatives came to court at 1:30pm for my case. I was finally allowed to approach the bench a little after 5pm. Clearly this was a long day for everyone. After my proceeding, I was dismissed from court and their was new bail charge. My family (including myself) was not sure what the the new charge was regarding, so they decided to stick around a little longer to confirm what these charges in fact were. To clarify this to them would have taken 2 minutes out of Bedolla's day. I was told my relatives were the only ones in the court room left waiting. Then Bedolla turns around and tells them, "I'm sorry but I not going to be answering your questions. It's already past 5pm and its too late for me. " My main problem with Bedolla was her inability to be forthright and true to her word. I understand she may be busy and have thousands of cases. But taking a few minutes to clarify circumstances to my family is only human decency. Don't give my family false hope in that you actually care about my well being. If she wasn't planning on calling, I don't understand why she requested my relatives number and said she would. Had I known this attorney would be MIA and so indifferent to my case, I would have prompted my family to hire a real attorney much sooner instead of sitting in prison and losing my social security.
