Dennis has been in-house General Counsel and outside General Counsel since 2000. He served as in-house General Counsel at UIS Technology Partners (a leader in Informational Technology services in the San Francisco BayArea), Saeta Holdings, LLC (a start-up cosmetics limited liabilitycompany), and AACI (one of thelargest health and social service nonprofit agencies in Santa ClaraCounty). Dennis continues to provide outside General Counsel servicesto UIS Technology Partners and AACI.

Prior to venturing in-house, Dennis was an attorney at the law firm, Bay Venture Counsel (acquired by Reed Smith LLP,which is one of the 15 largest law firms in the world). At Bay VentureCounsel, Dennis specialized in providing outside General Counsel legalservices to hi-tech companies, including Venture Financing, Merger& Acquisition transactions, and start-up consulting & formation.

Dennis also has a strong background in Civil Litigation as an attorney at Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & was the principal attorney on over 40 litigation matters,involving professional negligence defense and defense of financialinstitutions.
