Jennifer Ergina Ereno

Jennifer Ereno was my attorney for my divorce. I had taken 10 years (being separated from my then husband) to go through this process because of what I heard others tell me about the process. When I met Jennifer it was not in a professional capacity, I immediately felt comfortable with her, I came ...to find out she was an attorney. After mulling it over, I decided if I had someone I could trust to walk me through/walk with me through what I needed to do, I was ready to start. I made an appointment with her, she completely spelled out the process and what to expect/not expect, we went over all I would need in the way of resources for my side of the case and made it as painless as possible. Most importantly, she supplied me with facts about my situation I was unaware of; my mother had recently died and I had lost my job taking time off to care for her. Jennifer petitioned the court for emergency spousal support and won, I don't know what I would have done without this. Jennifer remained professional yet available and supportive at all times, she stayed in constant contact with me to let me know as things progressed and was there if I had questions or just needed reassurance. She went above and beyond to get my case through the courts as expediently as judiciously possible. I am now divorced. I am grateful to have met her and made her my attorney.

In my opinion and experience, I can't recommending hiring attorney Jennifer Ereno. The initial consultation is professional until after the retainer is collected and fee agreement signed, bad communication and unprofessional behavior emerged fast thereafter. Example, I met with attorney for 1 and a... half billed hours, and discussed action items for the attorney to perform case work. Followed up with attorney by US Mail letter a week later, confirming what work had been done, and received an extremely rude and unprofessional response via Email from Miss Ereno. A second example, goes to Miss Ereno's seemingly deliberate attitude towards her client communication, when she interviewed my witnesses (lost contact information) and then responded to me with unprofessional, puerile and manipulative comments about the contents and quality of my witnesses and their interviews. A witness of mine was a member of Clergy. I was supposed to meet Miss Ereno at 4:20pm, and found out she had fallen down and had suffered a concussion. I was genuinely concerned for her well being, and asked if she would be alright to appear at a hearing within 3 (days) . I was roundly chastised by Miss Ereno and her lawyer partner, with rude and offensive comments. Miss Ereno made the comment to me about a potential witness, and placed inappropriate attention towards the sex of the individual favoring our case, because she told me she felt that because of her sex, the witness would do what she wanted. Emphasis on words "Is she a woman!" "Good." Not what you would expect from a University the educates "The Whole Person" What a shame.

I needed an attorney to represent me for my court relocation motion.  Months earlier I had secured larger share of the children custody Pro se (self-represented).  I had to relocate with my children to a safe, having great schools, affordable housing and less stressful town.  I was introduced to Atto...rney Jennifer Ereno for her experience and reasonable fee structure by another attorney whom I was consulting during my divorce.   On my first, no cost appointment, attorney Ereno took longer time to listen and digest my case carefully.  Her professional and knowledgeable feedback prompted me to hire her to handle my case.  I had requested her that I communicate with her by email during the course of prep for my case.  We had several email communications during the course of prep followed by one face to face appointment prior to the court hearing.  At the hearing, surprisingly we had to deal with a new judge who was not familiar with my case.  However, attorney Ereno made a clear and persuasive arguments to win the relocation along with much larger share of children custody  for me.  I was delighted!  During my course of dealing with attorney Ereno, I discovered her to be a an honest, truthful and a true professional who sincerely takes her client needs in her heart. I will go back to her and highly recommend her.
