James Chau

James Chau was awesome at helping me finish my ongoing custody case that seemed to never end prior to his support. He was readily available when I need him, very neutral and comes from a non-bias perspective, and works very efficiently to address issues of concern. He is fair in pricing. I thought I ...would never be able to hire and maintain a lawyer and a great one at that, but James Chau was there for me. He helped me gain all my goals for my case and more. I enjoyed working with him and can now finally say my case has ended thanks to him! If you can hire him, do it! You will not regret it.

I was referred by a friend who had also had a great experience working with him. I had a rather difficult divorce w/ custody issues and had already had an iffy experience with my previous attorney. It was all fairly involved, and James made me feel at ease, explained things/terms I did not understand..., and took control of my case. He worked effectively with my ex's attorney and was able to efficiently handle issues that had been left unresolved by my previous attorney. He made a stressful time in my life less difficult. Looking at the previous review- I have to say it looks completely bogus. Their experience is totally unlike what I experienced. James was professional throughout the duration of my case and I would recommend him in the future.

Retained this attorney little more than 2yrs ago to finalize my simple divorce. The reason I have hired James was that he told me it would be fairly simple case and the amount my ex wife was asking was too much, he could give me a better bargain. He treated my ex in such a disrespectful way in the c...ourt that there was no way for negotiation. Finally I contacted my ex wife and offered her a settlement and she quickly accepted that offer.Looks like this attorney's office is only good at making excuses to keep your conflicts on going. I consider this kind of service outrageous, misleading and not in client's interest. He speaks out of content and it is actually bizarre. I can only say stay away if you need custody help.
