Gabriel Brian Guillen-Gonzalez

Attorney Gabriel B. Guillen is the founder of Guillen-Gonzalez Law, P.C., a bilingual (English/Spanish) boutique firm in San Jose serving immigration, data privacy, and corporate/contracts clients across Silicon Valley and California. Dedicated to serving the Hispanic community of Silicon Valley, he advises clients in both English and Spanish.

His immigration practice covers family immigration, green cards, citizenship and naturalization, consular processing, removal and deportation defense, and employment and self-petition categories including H-1B, O-1, L-1, TN, E-2, EB-1, EB-2 NIW, EB-3, and PERM. He also advises startups and technology companies on CCPA/GDPR and AI-governance compliance, privacy policies, entity formation, and contracts.

Before practicing law, Gabriel spent years as a senior software engineer at PayPal and Meta. He is Harvard-educated, holds a master's in data science, and carries six IAPP privacy certifications, including the AI Governance Professional (AIGP).
