I have been a mediator since 1997 and possess the ability to work with attorneys, claims representatives, corporate executives, and even self-represented parties, thanks to my work in the corporate, local government, Small Claims Court, and Superior Court settings. I have successfully mediated to settlement civil, litigated cases of limited and unlimited jurisdiction, including personal injury, premises liability, breach of contract, landlord tenant, medical malpractice, and employment matters, including, wrongful termination, pregnancy & disability discrimination. I am able to conduct mediations in Spanish.

I learned to speak Spanish while living abroad for several years. I enjoy traveling, learning about other cultures, and appreciating the different food, sights, architecture, people and customs in other countries. Someday, I look forward to enjoying new travel adventures with my young children and husband. I am a native of San Jose, California and am lucky to have the opportunity to work with my father & partner, Jack Williams, who is also a full-time mediator.
