IF YOU WANT THE JOB DONE RIGHT

Christina Pagano accepted my Medical Malpractice case when nobody else would. With the two year cutoff date to file a med mal case I was running out of time. She has worked diligently to get it it done in time. She cares.

Do Not Hire. Neglectful Attorney.

I have been a client of Christina Pagano, for many years. When I first hired her, around 2008, she was an amazing attorney And truly worked a miracle for me, she gave me a second chance in life. However, throughout the years I have noticed her ability to represent clients dealing with Criminal Law... has been on a downward spiral. This attorney is guilty of professional misconduct, in more ways then one. She appears to be a good hearted and knowledgable individual, however, don't let her fool you. She suggests, "Bartering" as a form of payment but then, she does not hold up her end of the agreement. She does not keep clients informed of their cases, she does not show up on court dates, so the clients are therefore issued bond forfeitures and warrants for their arrest. She does not keep her clients files confidential. she allows other felon clients to read other clients files. If a client dares to ask for legal advice from another attorney, she will try her hardest to make sure you get a bond forfeiture. Chris Pagano is malicious and deceitful. There are MANY other former clients of hers, that are victims of her shenanigans and narcissistic behavior. Another thing that frightened me, was when she asked me to write several sworn affidavits, for her other clients that she is trying to get out of jail. She asked me to lie and write statements of "good character" for habitual offenders, whom of which I did not know nor associate with. If you do not comply with her wishes, your case and well being will be the last thing on her mind. I had paid her in full for services, I have already had to pay another attorney to do the work for her. Now, due to her incompetence, I am being forced to hire another attorney for a matter that she was paid to deal with, and assured me was taken care of. When I asked her about my case, she never had a straight answer for me. Needless to say, she is no longer representing me. I now have to go through this entire court process, again, hire another attorney, pay for a bond forfeiture that was caused by her negligence to me, at the time I was her client. The saddest thing of all, is the fact that the case I am referring to is just a County Court case. Christina Pagano can not even keep track of her clients files, much less their court dates.

Amazing Attorney- saved my life...

Mrs. Pagano literally saved my life. She got five of my felony drug cases dismissed, my 2nd degree drug case lowered to a 3rd degree felony, and my Felony (Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle) lowered to a Class A Mistiminor AND SHE FOUGHT FOR ME TO SIGN ON 2 years deferred adjudication... In 2 yea...rs all of those things on my record will be gone. I highly recommend this woman to represent you. She does help a lot of people and may be hard to get a hold of, but I promise you she will fight for you and she believes in all of her clients! She is very caring and kind.
