When I had been wronged by a large corporation, and had my fill of sitting on the phone with them for hours on end - spinning in circles, I mentioned to the customer service leader at the corporate headquarters that I should just get an attorney. Her snide retort of, “well that’s certainly your righ...t,” made me feel as patronized as ever. So…I did just that. Mr. Williams went to work and within 3 days had worked with the senior legal team of that corporation to effect a settlement while meeting MY demands. I wish I could say more, like who the corporation was and how the settlement worked out, but since I had a lawyer, I am bound to silence and am not allowed to discuss it, beyond very general terms. I can say Mr. Williams helped me out by being compassionate, intelligent, and capable. I wish I could apply 10 stars to how my family and I were treated, and how happy were with the performance of Mr. Williams on our behalf.
