Rick was able to move my DUI to a wet and reckless and because my daughter was in the car they wanted to charge me with child endangerment and reckless driving. It was great working with a professional like Rick. He knew how to best work the court, the DA's office, and the DMV to our advantage. I got into a little bit of a situation at a local bar with me facing "Simple Battery," and a "DUI." I decided to retain Rick after our consultation. ... After reviewing all of the evidence (video footage from the bar and the police bodycam footage), Rick quickly formulated a plan that resulted in the DA not wanting to take this to trial and work out a plea agreement. As part of that agreement the "Simple Battery" was dropped along with the "DUI." Rick was also able to get me a "not guilty finding" on the DUI, so that my drivers license would not be suspended or taken away by the DMV. I didn't have to pay any fines. I didn't have to go to any DUI classes. I didn't have to do any community service. Rick always appeared in court on my behalf, I never had to appear once. He took care of everything. I hired Rick for my case in the beginning of 2020 before the pandemic and we settled this July 2022.
