Biography
My practice focuses on land use and government agency law, including the Subdivision Map Act, the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), planning and zoning laws, the Public Records Act and the Brown Act. I run a virtually paperless office so my overhead is minimal. This allows me to be selective about the cases I take, and keeps my rates extremely competitive. In other words, you get personalized, high quality legal service at a fair rate. I also offer special rates/arrangements for environmental and other public interest clients.
