County of Santa Cruz: Parcel Legality Application / Certificate of Compliance

Words cannot express how much I appreciate Bill’s diligent analysis, hard work, and unbiased approach toward the challenge at-hand. It is ultimately my dream to become a small time and respected local developer, and it was clear from the first meeting that Bill validated the tenacity and fortitude I ...had for my vision despite any potential generation difference I may have had as a client. His legal competence, deep understanding of CA Subdivision Map Act laws and Zoning Regulations, gave me the support I needed to get my Application approved in the face of many people that told me NO. I believe that Mr. Seligman’s experience as Counsel for municipalities, enables him to provide a risk-adjusted assessment and instill reasonable expectations of the process by communicating the interests from both sides of the table. I would highly recommend Bill and most definitely call on him again for analysis and legal services related to parcel legality and any other related entitlement work. Thanks -TH

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
