Biography
Since 1985, my law practice has been devoted almost exclusively to civil appeals and writ proceedings. My practice has focused upon appeals in the state Sixth District Court of Appeal in San Jose. I provide the highest quality legal services at a very reasonable cost. I strive to obtain the best possible result for my client -- a favorable decision in an appeal, a settlement, or advice not to pursue an appeal -- on the most cost-efficient basis.
