Mr. Bennett joined Wittwer & Parkin, LLP, in April of 2006. Prior to Wittwer & Parkin, Mr. Bennett worked as an associate litigator in Los Angeles at Fraley & Associates. Over the summer of 2002, Mr. Bennett externed for the Honorable Judge Marilyn Morgan at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California. In law school, Mr. Bennett clerked with the Environmental Unit of the Vermont Office of the Attorney General and at the Vermont Water Resources Board.
