I help entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized businesses - with an emphasis on sustainable and green businesses - with business formation, contracts, leases, developing green marketing materials and disclosure statements, basic employment, basic copyright and trademark, and other green business needs.

I also practice commercial and residential real estate law, assiting clients with purchase and sales, leases, entitlements, and easement and boundary issues, among other things.  I also assist residential, mixed-use, and commercial associations with governing document enforcement and interpretation issues; drafting and amendment of CC&Rs, Bylaws, and operating rules; and drafting and implementation of "green" policies and projects for associations (such as solar energy system policies and use of reclaimed water for irrigation purposes). 

I am a Build It Green certified green building professional (CGBP) and this year expect to be a LEED Green Associate as well.
