OUTCOME: Not Guilty acquittal for my client!

My client was charged with speeding. Officer used RADAR device to clock her. At trial Officer did not know principles of RADAR & did not follow the proper technique & procedures. I was able to use my R ... ADAR knowledge & Rules of Evidence to get the officer's testimony excluded and won the case!
