I have received RFE when I have applied for my H1B extension last year and unfortunately received an RFE although working in same company for past 6 years. Gowri Shankar Challagundla worked on my H1-B visa. He or his staff person hasn’t provided any information on how he is going to work with my case. Later i got an RFE and after they sent a response it was denied due to incomplete documentation. Inspite of all this i was charged heavily for the case in...cluding RFE’s response.

It was good to have an organized process for the document review and application process with the attorney. I received timely follow ups and notifications for important events. I received an RFE but the final application was successful. It would have been great to have f2f sessions and more collabor...ation of tasks over calls to emphasize the importance of certain things but the attorney was able to thoroughly look into all my documents which helped in the ultimate success of my application.
