Bing Zhang Ryan

Bing has litigated a variety of civil cases, including individual and complex class actions, in various federal and state courts in the US for over a decade. As a seasoned litigator, she has substantial experience in all stages of litigation, from initial case investigation to trial. 

While practiced at DLA Piper, Bing advised multinational companies on cross-border commercial litigation and government enforcement matters. Her experience includes conducting internal investigations for corporations of different sizes to respond to formal or informal regulatory inquiries from US and Chinese government agencies and to identify employee misconduct. 

Ms. Ryan received her JD from University of California, Berkeley School of Law. She speaks English and Chinese in multiple dialects (Mandarin, Cantonese, and Shanghainese). Bing is admitted to practice in California state courts, US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, US District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Central District of California, Northern District of Texas and Illinois, and District of Minnesota.
