I am so glad! I retained Mark J Wybraniec for my real estate transaction. I was in a very precarious situation. I had 2 months to sell my house, or lose it to the county, due to unpaid property tax. I hired Mark Wybraniec last year in order to solve a delicate issue about a property in CA. He solve it brilliantly, and even without going to the court, with a fast settlement, that for me was the best option ever. I wanted hired him for another issue much more complicate that I already knew it had ... minimal possibility to be solved. Mark was my lawyer for a housing case. He did an excellent job giving legal advice and consulting to settle things with the landlord in a civil manner. He had a good sense of judgement of when he needed to step in the picture and was very good at negotiating with my landlord. He did such a good job t...hat my landlord couldn't kick me out for no reason on short notice, and I was able to stay in the house until I finished school. In the midst of this, Mark was very responsive by text and email. He explained to me my options in detail and their potential consequences and provided me with good, genuine advice. Since then, my mother also hired him for an immigration case and I have worked with him occasionally when in need of legal advice. I would definitely recommend Mark without reservation.
