I am so glad! I retained Mark J Wybraniec for my real estate transaction. I was in a very precarious situation. I had 2 months to sell my house, or lose it to the county, due to unpaid property tax. I hired Mark Wybraniec last year in order to solve a delicate issue about a property in CA. He solve it brilliantly, and even without going to the court, with a fast settlement, that for me was the best option ever.
