Legal opinion

As foreigners living in the US, my spouse and I hired Mr Wybraniec to prepare a legal opinion which was required by an overseas lender for the purchase of a real estate property in our country of origin. We are very satisfied with the services that we received. Mark was very prompt in answering all ...our emails (sometimes within the hour) and was able to prepare the required document very quickly and very efficiently. Mark took care of the shipment of the document and informed us of the delivery to the lender. The process was very simple on our side and quick (only a few days), which was very important for our case. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone in need of a legal opinion!

Responsive, efficient, clear

Very efficient lawyer, fast results

We hired Mark for a legal opinion related to a property acquisition. He guided us through the entire process, was very transparent and responsive to our questions and messages and he was able to deliver under very tight deadlines. Highly recommended.

Legal Opinion done right

We needed a legal opinion for BNP Paribas in France to obtain a mortgage on a property. Mark was extremely responsive and got it done quickly. Great communication and easy to work with. Will hire again if the need arise.

Excellent experience

I have been having trouble finding an attorney in the Bay willing to spend time on an Opinion Letter for the purchase of a real estate in France. Mark has been very helpful and responsive. He captured from the beginning my expectations and in only few days I received the approved letter.
