I hired Mark Wybraniec last year in order to solve a delicate issue about a property in CA. He solve it brilliantly, and even without going to the court, with a fast settlement, that for me was the best option ever. I wanted hired him for another issue much more complicate that I already knew it had ... minimal possibility to be solved. After reviewing all the documentation and taking any possible information about it, he suggested me to give up because I had no possibility to recover it. Mark was my lawyer for a housing case. He did an excellent job giving legal advice and consulting to settle things with the landlord in a civil manner. He had a good sense of judgement of when he needed to step in the picture and was very good at negotiating with my landlord.
