Jil represents clients in all types of civil litigation matters, including trials, mediations, and arbitrations in contract, employment, real estate, trade secrets, unfair competition, intellectual property and trust/estate disputes.

Jil has acted as a private arbitrator/mediator in over 875 employment and business, real estate, intellectual property, and general civil litigation matters. Jil also acts as a Court-appointed Referee.
