Armando Barrios Benavides

I needed a lawyer that was willing to work on military cases for divorce and child support. At the beginning he said there was a lot of things to fix and "this guy" (my exhusband) was gonna be in trouble. When my exhusband and Mr. Benavides spoke with each other, the subject came up that he also serv...ed in the military. Mr. Benavides ended up not responding to my calls for periods of time and when he responded he would actually be rude in tone. He finalized the divorce but said at the end he would NOT help me with the child support side even though the child support department had already been notified that he would represent me. Not only that, a few years later, he has not removed his name from my case. I was told by the child support department that he needs to fax a letter removing his name from the case. Now it is a matter of waiting to see how long it takes him to do so
